Calling all tea lovers and herb enthusiasts!
Ever wonder how we make our medicinal tea blends?? Want to feel more confident in the bulk herb section and learn how to blend the tea of your dreams?? We've got you.
In this hands-on workshop, we'll go over a variety of nutritive herbs and the body systems they support. Discuss common uses, preparations and known interactions. Share some tasty tips that we've picked up along and a herbal tea story or two. Go over an herb menu and guide you through the process of making your tea. Each participant will receive a recipe card and a batch of their very own custom tea blend to take home.
No experience necessary, herbal tea making can be for anyone!
