Initial and follow-up herbal consultations with Reede are now available in person or online one Friday a month (for a limited time and as capacity allows). This listing is for the virtual option. Zoom link will be sent before the time of your appointment.
Some common concerns that are regularly addressed in a consult include herbal support around: sleep, digestion, menstruation, menopause, grief, nervous system & attachment activation, matters of the heart or spirit (emotional & energetic), neurospicy cognitive & executive function, burnout recovery and managing high stress levels.
What to expect: After booking your appointment, please complete the Intake Form at least 24 hours before your initial consult. We will go over your intake form together and you will have the opportunity to discuss what you'd like support with in greater detail than the quick 5 minute chats we have on the fly in the busy shop. Reede will guide the way through the consult with follow up questions as needed and will ask about your preferences so that they can formulate blends that meet your needs. The last 15 minutes of the appointment will be focused on putting together a customized herbal care plan, and you will leave the appointment with a recommendation of herbal supports to begin working with. The cost of the consultation does not include herbs, however you will be provided with a formula and from there you can choose where you get your herbs from. If you would like us to blend your formulas or package individual herbs, we would be happy to have them ready for you the following day.
A 30 minute follow-up will be scheduled for the following month on consult day to check in and make any adjustments needed. After that you are welcome to schedule 30 minute follow-ups as needed.
Folks with complex or chronic health conditions may need additional 1 hour appointment slots to address supports. Generally speaking, the more complex overlapping supports needed, the more slow and steady we go.
