For several months, I was not able to fall asleep easily or stay asleep due to restless legs. I started enjoying a cup of sleep tight tea about an hour before going to bed. It took several days to begin to feel a difference. After two weeks, the restless legs began to calm down. After three weeks, they had settled and no longer bothered me.
