Mullein Garlic Ear Oil has been our go to support with ear aches, itchy ears and swimmers ear. We recommend warming the oil a bit by rolling the bottle in your hard or keep it close to the body for a little while, then applying a few drops to a piece of cotton ball. From there gently place the oiled side of the cotton ball towards the opening of the ear, using caution to not go deep into the ear canal. Leave the cotton ball in for at least 20 minutes+ and reapply as needed. (usually a few times a day when it’s needed)
