A flower essence is the vibrational imprint of the plant. They are often worked with on the subtler emotional or energetic level and are a great way to connect with the spirit of the plant. Unlike tinctures, an essence does not contain any of the active compounds like extracts do, therefore there are no physical contraindications or interactions.
Recommended use: 3 drops in water or directly on tongue 3-4x daily or as needed.
