I’ve heard from enough folks going *through it* in the shop to know that it’s not just me, so it was high time I formulated a little something for my fellow hot flashing cranky babes in the crowd.
Ingredients: fresh lemon balm, sage leaf, violet leaf, yarrow, pinch of lavender, organic gluten free alcohol.
Please note: the viscosity of this tincture has a bit of a thicker texture because of the mucilaginous qualities that violet leaf extracts when tinctured fresh. Your tincture has not gone bad, it’s completely normal, natural and beneficial even.
