Ground & Center tincture was formulated to support in times of high stress & anxiety. This is our go to tincture during nervous system activation and sensory system overwhelm. Ground & Center was blended by an autistic herbalist who frequently needs supports around sensory system overload and PTSD activation. And just as the name suggests, we work with it to ground & center!*    

This herbal blend features extracts of organic tinctures of passionflower, tulsi, lemon balm, abhwagandha and rescue remedy flower essences. Made in small batches with a whole lot of love, care and intention!

helpful for ease

I use Ground and Center frequently when I feel my system needs some support to relax and rest. It helps me bring my awareness deeper into my body and I often can surface helpful somatic information for my own healing process. It is my go-to and I'm always grateful to have it! I have to say that I also loved the packaging for my most recent order. I opened it and the fragrance of lavender gave me a warm smile. It was like being greeted with love. That added to the feeling of being cared for when I use the tincture!

Incredibly Effective

Before shopping at CCA, I didn't really do tinctures. I've been dealing with a lot of trauma close to the surface these days. I gave this tincture a try and had same-day results. I take an SSRI and felt no ill effects from combining the tincture and my meds - in fact, they work really well together. I usually disassociate most of the time - when I take this tincture, I find it much easier to stay present. It also feels like I have more space between my emotions and my responses to my emotions, in the best way. I'm gonna keep using this for a while. YMMV, of course, but I'm very impressed. Much gratitude to Reede for developing this goodness.
