This blend is inspired by a traditional Armenian wildflower tea and is the first in our “Remembering Home” bundle of herbal medicines.
Last spring Reede planted an Armenian ancestral herb garden with the intention of honoring, remembering, learning and connecting more deeply with the wisdom of their roots. They tended to the plants throughout the summer and around the autumn equinox they lovingly harvested the abundant garden’s bounty. Connecting with the wisdom of these cherished herbs has been such a gift!
This tea is an invitation. It’s a beautiful blend of Grandmother medicine with a handful of tradition and a pinch of clinical herbalism.
Reede is currently working on a Remembering Home book filled with love letters to fellow diasporic Armenians, herbal recipes and care practices to accompany the bundle of medicinals. In the meantime, please enjoy this tea as an offering of solidarity, nourishment and connection as we set out on this journey of connecting to our roots and remembering home together.
This relaxing herbal tea blend features: lemon verbena, red clover, chamomile, sage, mountain mint wildcrafted in Armenia, life everlasting flowers, linden, a pinch of elderflower & rose.
